What happens if someone tells you that you can't eat your favorite food? 

Let's say it's chocolate, all of a sudden you are told that you can't have it again if you want to reach your results. This will only make you crave it more, however if you know you can still eat it and keep losing weight, wouldn't it mean an easier weight loss journey?

Exactly, this is why we at BIG 5 want you to be able to enjoy everything, in moderation of course, but still be able to drop that excess weight. We want you to find a way to eat forever, not a crash diet, and when you do you will be able to drop the weight and maintain it forever. 

We will help you by working out what your maintenance calories should be, this is the calories your body will need to stay exactly the same, and then reduce it a little bit for long term and consistent results. 

We work in the macronutrients to the equation, fat, protein and carbs as well to better target your specific goals.

So when we say Eat better, it doesn't mean only broccoli and tuna. We want you to have a healthy base, 80-90% of good healthy food and then have your treats.

Flexible dieting is important if we want to create a habit that can last a lifetime.
