• All sessions Monday to Friday morning are 45 minutes.
  • Friday Express sessions go for 30 minutes.
  • Saturday and Sunday Sweat sessions go for 45min -1 hour.
  • If you join our Transformation program, all sessions are included.
  • If you join our Team Training program, Transformation sessions are excluded.
