WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
Strength based interval training with the focus on improving body composition and making you feel great. You will train in a group of like minded people who are also there to improve fitness and health. You can train up to 6 times each week, but your coach will help set up the best ratio for you, what best fits you and your schedule.
Simple nutrition protocol that anyone can follow. No tracking calories, just easy portion control and eating the right things. Also includes hundreds of recipes so you never have to guess what to have for dinner.
The main reason many people don't succeed with their goals is lack of support. It's hard to do things on your own and keep yourself motivated. This is why we give each participant a coach that will guide you and keep you accountable for the whole challenge.
Not only will we be checking in with you each week, we also have our InBody 570 scanner that will make sure you stay on the right track. We measure your body composition to make sure you are losing the right kind of weight whilst gaining or maintaining muscle and strength.
