Let's say you want to lose weight. I'm guessing you're not satisfied with the weight gain you've had in the last 12 months. You've gained an unwanted amount of excess fat and your jeans are getting tight. You don't want to buy new clothes, not necessarily for the money, but because you've never been X size before and it's just not you.
The belt only has one more hole and you really don't want to use it, you always imagined to have to make another hole the other way, rather than having to buy a new one.
Last year you gained 5 kilos. Not over a week or even a month and it didn't show immediately but crept up on you over time.
You don't even know how, don't think that you ate that badly or that you were too inactive...
So let's say you don't make a change. Over the next 12 months you'll do exactly what you did last year. Eating the same amount, same junk and not getting enough activity or exercise. You lie down for 8 hours a night, you get up and sit and eat your breakfast, drive to work, walk in to the office and then sit down for about 8 hours except for when you go to the cafe next door to get a coffee and a donut because you you are having your normal afternoon slump and just need a quick fix of energy to last the day so that you can sit in your car , throw yourself on the couch and eat your dinner.
Same as last year. You'll be another 5 kilos heavier. Continue this for another 2 years and you would have gained 20 kilos.
All you did was not change, just kept going the way you had that previous year.

This much heavier is no fun.
Remember, this is a made up scenario but a very common one. Actually, it was me a few years ago. I had gained almost 20 kilos and I didn't even know.
So what do you think you have to do for this not to happen to you? Make a positive change? Move more? Eat better?
Maybe both and we can help you with both. I made that positive change 7 years ago now and I have never looked back. Now I can maintain my weight whilst enjoying everything that I love to eat and drink. I did it!
If you want to make that change you can now join our 28 Day Challenge. We will help you with that positive change, help you with your fitness and most likely you'll have to buy some new clothes too, unless you like baggy stuff.

Looking forward to helping you.
Cheers,
