We probably don’t do enough of it so we decided to add some online sessions for our members to get them up and get a little bit less stiff. Then I thought, I might as well just put it on our website if anyone would like to do them.
It’s not Yoga, it’s not stretching and I’m a beginner myself, which is why I think it’s suited well for most people. Unless you’re an advanced Yoga or Cirque De Soleil person that is. Then it’s probably not for you.
But if you want to get moving a bit more, move a bit better, maybe try it out.
