Our introduction program. We have been running challenges in different forms for since 2013. It’s our kick start for you to get some amazing results in a short period of time as well as learn how to keep those results for the long term. 28 days or 90 days. We run 4 challenges every year.
Our High Intensity Resistance Training program. This is our level 2 program and suitable for any fitness level. This is the same type of training we do in our challenges, but we keep taking steps forward as we increase weights, pace and intensity.
Our level 3 and premium program. Smaller groups, more personal coaching and based on progressive overload. We call it LIFT because that’s what we do. Lift weights to get stronger and better. This program includes plenty of cardio as well and also allows you to join any MOVE class in our timetable.
You can come 6 days a week, however we don’t recommend this. 3-5 sessions is what we recommend for most people but it also varies from each individual. We will help you with this when we see you for your first catch up.
We only do group training and personal training so the gym is not open during other times. We have 35 class times if you join our Team Training program and an additional 22 if you join Transformation Training.
It depends. We have alternative exercises and modifications to suit most people. If your injury is serious it might be better to rest it. Come and talk to us and we are usually able to accommodate for you.
