Due to the many changes and restriction updates, our timetable has been constantly changing lately.
We will have a full timetable available here for both our locations in Yarraville and Altona North soon.
In short, we currently run 4 morning sessions starting from 5.30AM and we have 3 evening sessions, starting from 4.30PM. We run over 35 sessions each week, so you have plenty of options to fit your fitness into your schedule.
