To help you with motivation during the winter, we will have some challenges coming up.
Starting on June 1st, we have both a 6 week Transformation Challenge and a 90 Day Challenge. Ultimately you’d do a 95 year challenge and never start again however these two challenges will help you along the way and keep you motivated. Once you see the results, it will be easier to continue for the long term too.
